Uniform information
A uniform (dobok) is not required when you first become a member and it's best to make sure children are sure they want to continue before purchasing one.
However students do need a uniform to participate in gradings or other events. The approximate cost of a uniform is $70 - $90 through an approved supplier. Approved uniform

Sparring equipment
Sparring equipment information
Safety sparring equipment is used in regularly in training and is compulsory for tournaments, and some events such as sparring seminars. Sparring gear increases safety and confidence for students.
The approximate cost of sparring gear (head, hands and feet) is $300 - $400. The club has some sparring gear available for members use at training. Members can have a set of sparring gear to take home and use with the payment of a bond of $150 and a monthy rental of $5. Members must have their own mouth guard (cost approx $5 from any pharmacy) and males must have a groin guard (approx $40). Shin protectors are optional. Approved sparring equipment
