Tournaments are an opportunity for students to test their skills against members from other schools in a more realistic and competitive environment than normal classes.
Competing in tournaments is very good for a students development and building confidence in what they are learning. There are many different levels of tournaments, from small inter-club tournaments through to Regional and National Championships and the World Cup and World Champs. Tournaments are run under approved safety rules and regulations, with qualified umpires and first aid to ensure the safety of competitors.
