Paying fees
It is preferred for you to sign up to our Direct Debit system, the benefits include:
your choice of using your bank account or credit card (credit cards have a surcharge of 2.95%)
you are always up to date with training fees, and you don't incur the monthly fee for overdue accounts
fees for important events, such as gradings, are paid on time (or you can't participate)
if you are paying as you train and forgot to pay before you come to a class and don't have cash (who carries cash these days?) you can still train!
avoiding any administration fee if not paying by Direct Debit.
If you don't want to sign up to our Direct Debit system you will need to pay your fees, plus an administration fee per payment, as follows:
Contract - Direct Debit only unless you pay in advance in full
Pay as you train: Monthly - deposit your fees into the School's bank account by the 1st of the Month
Pay as you train: 10 class prepaid - you can either deposit your fees into the School's bank account or pay in cash, on or before the training you attend
Casual - you must pay in cash at the training session you attend.
Cessation of membership is upon notification to the School and returning any School equipment.
Contract memberships are non-cancellable and the fees are to be paid without regard to attendance made or classes missed. Failure to attend class does not signify or imply notification to cancel a contract membership. A member's failure to continue attending scheduled lessons during the contract period does not relieve the obligation to pay the remaining term of the contract in full.
All memberships are non-transferable to any other person.
Pre-paid memberships to the School for any period are not refundable and non-transferable, including pay as you train fees paid in advance.
If a member is injured for significant period of time and unable to train the School may carry forward pre-paid fees to a future period, at the sole discretion of the School, however this may mean that the School will not pay the International Taekwon-Do annual membership fee for that member.
